Cypher has the Imperium keyword, so if you're feeling a bit cheeky and decide to make him your warlord you can add Assassins to your Chaos army. lol... now THAT is a good idea |

Only of you can have a detachment of only cypher since you only get the ability to use the strat if you have an imperial detachment (they define this as a detachment were all models have the imperium keyword)

Fallen also have the Imperium keyword, so you can make a Fallen Vanguard.
