Well I found this quite interesting, mainly because (like for all the armies I own) I tried to make an Ard Boyz list for wood elves... now I couldn't actually figure out an effective list, but this guy's take on things was rather interesting and different...
...and no I'm NOT bringing WE to Ard Boyz... was just thinking this was worth posting for interests sake ;D
So bascially he posts characters along with the unit they've joined.

(20) Dryads = 240pts
Waywatcher Noble carrying Hail of Doom Arrow and Sword of Might = 160pts (8) Waywatchers = 192pts
Treeman Ancient (General) w/An Annoyance of Nettlings Spites = 350
Treeman = 285
Great Ealge = 50

.....although all I'd need to do is borrow some glade guard models from Frank....

I think that list would have problems competing in a normal 2K tourney let alone 'Ard Boyz 3K!!

lol... don't woodies get an extra 1k now? And to think, they were considered top tier for a few months when the codex first came out since they had excellent, immune to psychology infantry with a ward save, amazing shooting and WS6 infantry that could have killing blow not to mention the toughest monster in the game, the treeman. Unfortunately the rein of terror was short lived as the next book out was daemons!!
