Prosecutors were fine when they used to help other models teleport in close (really close) but now they're 6 wounds for 100 pts with no other uses, they're just overcosted garbage  |

The only use I see for them is that they're one of the only fly models that we have (iirc) other than the celestant prime.
They could fly over a group and take a back field objective but for 100 points they usually won't do enough work imo.
Other options are like gryph chargers or anything that can ride the winds aetheric.

Advantage of the prosecuters are more in terms of people being able to build their force cheaply, as they're contained in the main box set and in several of the other value boxes. Strictly speaking though, there's better options out there, as even high mobility doesn't make them worth it over the alternatives.
