Does anyone know, either from official or leaked sources, when the latest big faq will be out? I know they delayed the March release for adepticon, but now there doesn't seem to be any news at all.

FAQ is up now, along with a bunch of stuff for individual codexes. Can't link it since Warhammer Community is blocked at work for some reason.

Quick tldr as I read in free time between meetings: (may edit or update through the day/evening)
Fly for charging reverted with some minor restrictions. Can charge "over" models in some cases again.
Bolter discipline tweaked. Whole unit must remain stationary to invoke. (Sorry deathwatch)
Cover strat for going second tweaked. No longer applies to flyers and forts as well as Titanic units.
Knight strats/combo to get a 3++ nerfed. No combo allows better than a 4++ now.
Cp spent before the first battle round begins cannot ever be refunded.
Tweaked assassin's 'add an assassin' strat to only work if you don't have any assassins in your army already.
Edit 1:
Castellan nerfed. Looks like 100 point increase added through weapons cost changes. Would love if a knights player could confirm.

Flyrants, smash captains and wraiths can charge over models... just not buildings...
that's pretty damn significant change.
also having to clarify wobbly model because people were putting models where they couldn't physically fit is funny...
Aircraft no longer move blocking is HUGE (at least on the GT level it was used a lot)
fixing the unlimited daemon princes is a thing... not sure if anyone was doing this but now they can't (thank GSC getting poor-man's russes to screw this up... sorry chaos!)
No more bolter drill on non-dread vehicles is pretty huge... sorry stormraven! (not sorry Sicaran)
no bolter discipline on special ammunition is something I can thank the four armed emperor for!
Maximum 4++ on a knight is happy dance for all my non-imperium armies. That was just too good for 1 CP (especially when you compare to the daemon stratagem which essentially does the same thing)
Mental onslaught being stopped by rolling a 6 I am perfectly happy with, even as a GSC player, because removing a model with no chance of stopping it is just not fair (hence why I never made a list with all the stacking to enable this to occur - didn't seem very fun to play against!)
Adjusting the assassins is welcome... and not unexpected...
Doom/Jink/reveal - craftworlds only - makes sense
Dominus going up 100 points - FINALLY corrected this oversight from CA 2018....
....nothing I'm seeing makes me angry... which is unusual...lol

In response to you frosty, it is a 100 point increase for the castellon. Prior the weapons had no cost value. So this means the other dominus knight isn't affected. I'm thankful the valiant remains at its cost. Sad to see the nerf to rotate ion shields as it felt fair when you were paying 3cp to do it on a dominus, but I can imagine people only spending 1 to get a 3+++ on a regular knight would be frustrating to deal with turn after turn.

Yep, Castellan weapons used to be "free with the cost of the model". I feel it brings it in line with its tabletop abilities.
Cypher and the Fallen can't take Assassins, knew that one was coming.
Deathwatch also no longer get to use special issue ammo in their bolter discipline, just plain-jane bolt rounds.
BIG shakeup... Only 3 of any kind of daemon prince allowed; reversing the previous ruling of Daemon princes from different books counting as different datasheets.
Craftworld Eldar psychic powers can only target Craftworld units instead of Dark Eldar, Harlequins or Ynnari; rejoice!

Yay, my Wraiths can do their job again (phase through the screen and 'nom the guys behind). Unfortunately they're still not capable of attacking the second and third floors of buildings.
