I’ll be the first one to admit when I’m wrong; and last night showed me the majority of my knee-jerk problems with Dangerous Intelligence were unfounded. The barrages = not a big deal. The only thing I would change would be the number of objectives you need to control in order to gain the secondary objective. It came up because we only got to turn 2 despite playing as quickly as possible; I even set a timer so it’d be accurate to the time available in the round.
Good mission Jordan, it works well despite me being greedy and taking a price of failure as I dropped all of my objectives on my own side, lol.

The number of the objectives for secondary don't need to change. You need to get past turn two in that amount of time or that's just one of the consequences for slow play.
the time added by the mission is an extra blast per player per turn... so not significant enough to impact.

Just a reminder about our AK rule... (thus forever named due to one notable army build that arrived)
... if the scenario is such that you do not have anything on the table, you don't auto-lose (unless you're tabled of course!)
you keep playing until the game ends through time, turn ending, or tabling (which auto-ends everything at that moment).
but if you have one unit on the board (as some scenarios have you have limited things on the board turn one) and that unit dies you do NOT just lose the game.

What happens if your army’s composition is such that you can’t select one of your units as the key unit in the game? AKA, 5 knights on Lost Patrol.

Then talk to me when you get on such a mission and we'll work something out that is fair for both you and your opponent... always want to let you have a game of it, and the missions are there to enhance the tournament experience, not make someone just auto-lose. With 30+ missions at this point it's impossible to cover every army build and every mission combination that COULD occur, but we're all pretty reasonable so we can work things out. Plus, who knows if lost patrol's coming back this year? I only need six tables thus far!

I'll leave one unpainted for you. thought all models had to be painted to a finished level (three colour minimum ish) to be able to be used for play

I have never painted so much as I am doing I'm affair that I am going to dream about painting. Which reminds me. I need to submit my list.
