Iron Hands and Imperial Fists are, if rumours hold, going to be the strongest Chapters once their respective supplements are out. Getting the most benefit during the Devastator Doctrine (the first active Doctrine) is a tremendous advantage.

Oh... that’s rough. Likely see him on the table won’t I. Wholly within 6” is going to cause a few giant blobs of large dreads. Better hope none of them explode.

For comparison in order to get the rough (and still lesser) equivalent of this one guy via Necrons I'd need to take an Overlord with Warscythe (93 points) to get that +1 to hit (though my option only effects infantry while Feirros buffs any Iron Hands unit), one cryptek with Chronometon (95 points) for that 5+ invul (mine is only against shooting while yours needs the entire unit/model within 6') and a second Cryptek with the Canoptek cloak (85 points) which heals 1d3 per turn instead of 1.
Seriously the meta of 8th is pushing more and more towards the first turn being all or nothing with all the buffs being tossed around. The game is won or lost depending on what happens in the first two turns.

Necron characters aren't exactly known for being points-efficient. 200 points is Marneus Calgar-tier. I expect he'll be around that, but I'd be shocked if he was more than. |

yeah you can't really compare necron characters, they're just not in that same league (which is why they are around or under the 100 point mark). But if marine apocatharies were under 100 points and could heal EVERY slain model in a unit if you had at least one left and give a 5++ bubble vs. shooting, that would be seen as crazy good - but that's a cryptek!
I'd guess around 200 points as well.
