Best comparisons I could give as I don't know the point costs of equivalent HQs in other factions. Still Feirros has the potential to give a massive shot in the arm for IH lists.

The rules are super good.
Edit didn't mean to hit send lol.
What pushes them over the top in my opinion is forgeworld dreads. So i think my forgeworld dreads will be set aside for try hard tournaments and/or tournament testing

The forgeworld dreads are definitely strong but there’s a good chance when chapter approved comes out they’ll be going up in points to account for the new rules.

The new forge father actually helps codex stuff a ton more. Giving redemptors the 5++ and 2+BS that the fw dreads already have is huge. Repulsors are actually tanky as heck now.

And just like the Knight Castellan getting nerfed because House Raven was too strong, everyone's toys (including Chaos's) will be nerfed because one build is oppressive.

I agree the forge father has more things to help none forgeworld i mean the rules of the chapter as a whole. Not degrading, rerolling ones with heavy weapons, ignoring the moving and firing penalties for heavy. all help my forge world beyond belief. Ill be willing to do some test games with people to see if they are too much after the supplement drops

Oh... that’s rough. Likely see him on the table won’t I. Wholly within 6” is going to cause a few giant blobs of large dreads. Better hope none of them explode. That NEVER happens, right? Well it happens from time to time... But very rarely does it happen on every dread you have. You got have some bad luck for that to happen, or loaded dice. In your case. A lot of bad luck.

Rumor is Fieros is 110 points. What? No seriously WHAT?!?
If I'm reading battlescribe right that's cheaper then some generic Primaris HQs.

No all the generic ones are cheaper then that. A captain in gravis armour is 108 so close. Calgar is 200 points while he has more attacks and one extra wound. This guy has more auras can heal vehicles. I'd be very surprised if he isnt around the primarnius calgar points range. But 110 would be crazy.
