Ad Mech - Points hikes
Astra Militarum: - Change the Save characteristic of Astra Militarum Leman Russ models to 2+. - When using the Tank Orders ability of a <Regiment> Tank Commander model, you can select one friendly <Regiment> Vehicle unit (excluding Titanic units) within 6" of that <Regiment> Tank Commander model, instead of selecting a <Regiment> Leman Russ unit. - Each time a <Regiment> unit with the Voice of Command ability issues one of the following orders to a <Regiment> Infantry unit, that same order can be issued to one or more other friendly <Regiment> Infantry units (excluding Officer units) that are within 6" of the unit that order was originally issued to: Take Aim!; First Rank, Fire! Second Rank, Fire!; Bring it Down!; Forwards, for the Emperor!; Get Back in the Fight!; Fix Bayonets!
CSM - Change the Death to the False Emperor ability to read: ‘Each time a model with this ability makes a melee attack, a hit roll of 6+ scores one additional hit’.
Drukhari - Points hikes
Knights (obsec note from above)
Necrons - Add the Core keyword to the Keywords section of the following datasheets: Canoptek Acanthrites (see Imperial Armour Compendium); Canoptek Reanimator; Canoptek Wraiths; Flayed Ones; Lokhust Destroyers; Lokhust Heavy Destroyers; Ophydian Destroyers; Skorpekh Destroyers; Triarch Praetorians
Orks - When mustering an Orks army, it cannot include more than 1 of each of the following units: Boomdakka Snazzwagons; Kustom Boosta-blastas; Megatrakk Scrapjets; Rukkatrukk Squigbuggies; Shokkjump Dragstas.

They also limited the amount of flyers you can have in your army to 1/2/3 based on Patrol/Strike Force/Onslaught point limits. I'm looking at you AdMech...

Now we can order Chimeras, Basilisks, Manticores, Sentinels !?!?!

Hellstorm Gaming is live-reviewing the rules, and several Drukhari players are reporting in the chat their lists went up more than 150-175 points.

Just a bit from the knights part:
If every model from your army has either the Chaos Knights or Imperial Knights Faction keyword (excluding Agents of the Imperium or Unaligned units), then all Armiger-class and War Dog models from your army gain the Objective Secured ability (see the Warhammer 40,000 Core Book).
So it's not the big knights that get obsec... just the little knights
csm getting "death to the false emperor" against everyone makes me smile a bit... "YOU GSC Neophyte over there... death to YOUR four armed false emperor too!"

My gut-shot read after hearing what a few live-streams had to say can be summed up as:
Admech got kicked with the points hikes, and no flyer spam neutered their top build, however they got better in the sense that Orks got nerfed harder than them, who were their counter. They are definitely still good, and a few things that were NOT being taken got some hefty discounts (like Castellan Robots)
Drukhari got a pretty heavy points nerf to the too-cheap stuff, but their Thicc stuff got discounts. get ready to see Talos and Cronos and all kinds of "down with the thicc-ness" builds.
Orks had their top-build completely broken, and anyone who owns more than 3 of one type of buggy or more than 2 planes is currently crying. their buggies also got a LOT more unwieldy having to be in units, which greatly reduces their ability to alpha-strike. Balanced builds are completely unchanged for the most part, and Freebooterz is still insanely strong.
Knights are MASSIVELY improved. Giving Armigers/Wardogs Obsec and counts-as-5-models is massive for them, and counts-as-10-models makes big-boys a lot better at flipping objectives thanks to their killing power.
Necrons it's hard to tell how much this really improves them until we see all the interactions from CORE. Destroyer Cults in particular should hugely benefit from this.
Chaos... I mean.... yeah. It's a _buff_.... technically.

cronos went up in points slightly... but really they're only good in technomancer
robots only went down 10 points... but I can see that being enough that admech players will try them again given their stupid broken flyer build got hit hard. Not that those robots are very fun to play against in a casual game either, but you know.
Essentially the top ork Freebootaz build is just completely illegal now. Sure, we can all rejoice that brokenness won't see a table again, however GW are ultimately to blame for that. The codex has been out officially for two months and they weren't able to see this coming a mile away (like anyone else who looked at the codex for two seconds?). Don't get me wrong I'm GLAD I'll never face 9 squigbuggies / 4 planes... but they really should have playtested that codex far better so it wasn't a problem in the first place!
Balanced orks though won't even see a change... which is good.
Necrons getting wider access to core is a HUGE buff. Technomancers can now return all manner of destroyers to a unit! Skorpekh destroyers can now veil of darkness across the board! The Silent king's buffs to CORE are now all the good stuff, not just warriors, lychguard and (for him at least) praetorians.
Knights are much better and can actually play a 9th edition game without resorting to broken forgeworld nonsense. I mean they still will just bring forgeworld and get the buffs on top of that. But you know... progress?

Necrons, Necrons, Necrons.
A few other things that change cause of the core. 1. MWWBD. units get +1 to hit. So units of destroyers now hit on 2+ reroll 1s. Makes phaerons handier. (Using twice). 2. Monoliths can now teleport destroyers, praetorians, flayed ones. 3. Disruption field strat can increase Str of core units. By 1. So, biggest help would be. Str 5 flayed ones. , str 8 with skorptekh destroyers reap blade, and if you time it right with command protocols str 8 wraiths. 4. The hugest one I think though is implacable conqueror warlord trait. Which allows reroll charge rolls for core units with 6”. Used with veil of darkness and wraiths or skorpetkh destroyers .
5. Makes the cryptek Arkana , phylacterine hive obsolete unless you want to use it on a unit of spyders., since there are two options for technomancers, makes fail safe overcharger as a better option.
This is a HUGE buff for Necrons. A lot of new options of play are available now.
