Ya I think its safe to say that FW is a non-issue. The last kind of argument that could be made is " some people aren't familiar with that unit" but honestly with the rate GW is putting stuff out there are lots of models that people will not know what they do PLUS if you are new to the game that might be like 90% of the units.
I also don't want to put any one on the spot here but can any one name a Titanic/ Super Heavy that they think would break the 1500 pt meta?
Assuming that
1. There are no named Chaos knight so they are not eligible for play
2. Knights have to bring Canis Rex who is 430 pts of totally mediocre. (1070 pts to make the rest of the list)

I do see that a storm surge could be tough at 1500 but I mean if tau is bring a storm surge that's probably better for you then the rest of what they can bring |

Not sure if this is a restriction per se, but are proxies allowed for crusade? I have a lost with a falcon in it, but don't own the model. I was thinking tonjust use a fire prism as a proxy, but wanted to be sure it was okay

Proxies are all good. As long as it's a unique model that you can point out and make clear nexus has never cared.
Given that falcon were weak for so long a lot of players might not even know what it looks like.

Lol, I'd rather bring star wars but fandex aren't allowed at tournies because the TO is a big meanie
I'm probably going to bring deathleaper and the parasite of mortrex as kind of a double character mid-bug silliness... Leaper would have to be the warlord though as parasite isn't a unique special character anymore... Lol not that you'd want to bring more than one of them ever... Probably not even one... But how could I resist buying the only new kit in the codex?

They're also next to impossible to get right right now I ordered one from GW when they were briefly in stock a month ago. It never shipped. I followed up w customer service, and despite it being in stock when I paid them it wasn't in stock by the time the warehouse got my packing slip. They estimated another 2 to 10 weeks before they would be able to ship it... |
