I honestly don't think we'll see anything like them. They're very kludgy and badly thought out in Sigmar and they make list construction super finicky, which is opposed to the ethos they're going with stuff like capping enhancements.
Imagine a world where you have 4 identical intercessor squads but two of them share access to the same once per game ability, and the other two share access with two of your three termie units to a different once per game ability, and then two of your HQs and an elite character are rolled together to gain a weird ad hoc seasonal bonus... nah, I don't think this system is even going to survive in Sigmar lol
I'm throwing all my money on a horus heresy-style rites of war system of army-wide formations that sub out some of your army rules.

Based on what we've seen so far, Enhancements will be as they appear in Boarding Actions, and decidedly not as they appear in Age of Sigmar.
This is a good thing, because AoS's Enhancements system is... confused.

They've confirmed that Objective control is going to be simply 'count up for all models in range of objective' with troops having more than elites while monsters.vehicles and knights can quote-unquote shove smaller units off objectives. So just about any unit can take an objective, you just need to blow up enough of the enemy on it first.
For leadership there are some indications as to what will happen with battle shock and they're counting it a different way: Namely that you now have to roll above your leadership value on 2d6 to succeed.
Finally they did confirm that instead of reading side notes etc, weapons with differing numbers of attacks or to-hit chances (power fists etc) will have their own statistics. Should simplify the whole mess of "I using X weapon so I now have Y+3 attacks" etc.

As mentioned 3rd to 7th and HH, it you took too much casualties, lost combat and escaped, or failed a pinning test you would be unable to move voluntarily, shoot (or limited to snap shots, hold objectives, etc etc until you rallied.

Assault cannon has "devastating wounds"....im guessing rending is back in some form since it is AP 0 (likely bonus AP on to hit or to wound rolls of X)
Krak missiles are S9 now
Im assuming "torrent" is hitting automatically, also Flamers ignore cover again
Power fists dont seem to have any pentalty to hit, but gets fewer attacks than a Power Weapon
Power Weapon is back as a singluar stat line, isntead of a bunch of different things
