you can glue everything together with the same glue, the nurgle daemon prince looks good but its nurgle so bubbles wouldn't stand out at all, I like it now that I built something from it

Not sure if Finecast has improved since I last tried it, but the FW resin stuff has really improved- I'm impressed with it. I have yet to find a problem with any of my FW models I recently got.

Didn't GW switch to the resin because it was a cheaper medium than their metal and then raise the price of their models? I'm sure the two incidents weren't linked. Though, as I've not purchased GW stuff in a such a long time, I could be wrong.

.... yes, using cheaper material and increasing prices just coincidentally result in more money for GW... so everyone wins!
....oh... wait....

the thing is a buisness never does anything coincidentally, 90% of the time they plan everything out way in advance, like is it a coincidence that tim hortons always raises their prices right after they have had roll up the rim, so when people get a free coffee they can get any size (and they tell us to tell people they can get an XL) for free, get people addicted to more coffee and then raise prices

The few finecast models I have purchased have luckily not had any bubble problems. The price is another thing. Using resin was to save money and should bring costs down after an initial expense in converting. However, GW raised prices on many of their models (plastics too) and the price hike might justify a little but does not explain what GW has done. Greed explains it though.
A broodlord went from about $23 in metal to $29 in resin. If GW had kept the same price of 23 the would theoretically save money over not too much time if resin is so much cheaper - as the those on the internet that work with this material have claimed. But a jump of $6 for one model in one year seems excessive to me. GW models are already too expensive. A box of 3 tyranid warriors is about $42 and when GW made ravenors plastic they went to about $54 for a box of 3 when warrior were at least as much plastic if not more because of more extra bits.
What does a Tamiya WWII tank model cost in 1/48th scale? About $40? And you get a lot more plastic in it. Look at GW dexes and army books - then look at privateer press. GW overcharge everywhere. I might cut them some slack if they made a great product, and yes they do have good models, but their game is a mess - the dexes are often rife with problems (some dexes worse than others of course) and the dexes I have used are poorly edited and organized.

I hope they lower their prices again (I think it happened a few years ago), back in the good 'ole days

Finecast is kind of delicate. I picked up my daemon prince and his arm fell off. Or I may have been he glue.
