The sisters break down as follows:
-2 Jacobus and St. Celestine -4 for the seven rhinos/immolators -2 for the two exorcists (AV) -2 repetition of exorcists and dominions -1 death cult count as troops with an inquisitor -1 for taking more than one HQ -1 for maxing out fast attack -2 for more than 10 S8+ weapons (I'd assume an exorcist missile does not count as ONE S8 weapon... otherwise ignore this)
So comp = 5
sisters of battle... cheesiest thing on the table... must be why no one plays them... lol....

thats the thing I dont really like :/
I like my henchman army but I might aswell play gaurd cause my scoring is 9 :/

Draigo with two big squads of FNP paladins of wound shenanigans with two psyflemen dreads for fire support:
-2 for repeats -2 for two units counting as troops -1 draigo -2 psykers -2 expensive unit tax -2 more than one unit with a 2+
9 comp... clearly MUCH more friendly than sisters of battle... lol....

When doing up the original tournament, things were only considered Psychic Powers if you had to make a test to use them. Things like Shadow in the Warp and Warlock abilities were just treated as unit upgrades.
My White Scars list would score 14
-2 for two bike units as troops -1 for Kor'sarro -1 for 2 Preds, -1 for 2 Land Speeders -1 for full Fast Attack
The 20 comp Eldar still get 20 comp....
I'm trying to think of what it would actually take to get down below 10 comp....One of the hardest things is finding away to properly hit the really brutal lists without messing up too many regular armies.

Yeah, I'm going to tweak the rules a bit once I get a few more lists in.
For those of you seeming to be unhappy about getting less than 10, Please read my edit in the OP.
I'll be modifying some of the comp rules tonight, I've got a good idea about how to hit things like draigo wing a little harder while relaxing the rules a bit.
I fixed some of the stuff up as per my second edit. Have a look and try it again. It should punish parking lots still, but not kill you for having lots of transports.

could go with a tier system. eg -1 for armies like GK & BA, nothing for armies like orks & venila marines, +1 for nids & sisters

I will only give -5 to GK thats it... I have no problem at all against BA... GK are just in an other category...

The "Tier" System is a load of crap imo. Each codex can win or lose to any codex- it's all based on player, scenario and opponent. Either way I'm still gonna score low comp, so I guess it doesn't really matter. Soon to be Deathwing : -3 Comp, yeah that's right... negative three comp where the better version of it (Draigowing) get's 9? HUGE problem here. Dark Eldar Lilith + Vect crew : 11 Comp Blood Angel Hero bash : 9 Comp I can keep going, but don't really see the point- when my toughest list gets the highest comp out of my set... simply because it spams vehicles to eat up filler points.

GK VS Nids GK VS Deamons you better play a newb GK opponent to hope for a win.... I have no problem against any other codex but seriously Tom we are pretty even player and it can go either way when we are playing each other but with your GK there is just no way...

Yes, but the only person that really plays GK is Guy when he isn't playing his Templars- it isn't fair to him to force him into one army selection because two of the armies you play are countered by it Dany. My Dark Eldar counters your Nids and Demons worse then my GK.

For your DE I see solution and Im pretty sure I can do well with the list I run right now with my Nids (we didnt try yet and Im not saying its gonna be easy) but I dont see any solution against your GK unless I run a specific list only to destroy GK...
Your right its not fair for Guy and even for you if you wanna run your GK its your right and I wont complain but GK well played with strong list counter any army... Anyways like I said I dont care I like to have challenge thats why Im running underdog army and I wont complain at all... Ill play against your GK anytime but they are just over everything and its kinda sad....
