Kind of hoping he misread something about the horror split. In aos blue and brimstone horrors weren't psykers only pink.

if the splitting of horrors works like that, GM will be minting money with the number they will be selling. The downside will be the amount of time having to spend painting them all.

Cool facts about Designing Magnus the Red, from warhammer-community. The designer, Matt Holland, spent 850 hours sculpting it!

i can still use the formations i use right now. the whole +1 to their invul instead of reroll tho. not sure. i do like those rerolling ones. it has saved so many pink horrors (although i guess now i want them to die lol)
edit: it will also depend on what the tzeentch warp storm is like, cause fateweaver reroll the warp storm table might be awesome.

Also noticed that blue horrors have deamonic instability. So maybe the tsons can't join daemons

Also noticed that blue horrors have deamonic instability. So maybe the tsons can't join daemons Tsons cannot join daemons if they have deamonic instability - unless they are also daemons of tzeentch. (they might have a relic or special rule that gives them this... unsure)

Actually the deamonic instability rules say only models with this rule can join the unit. I was thinking about some people saying its like a deamonkin book. But the csm in deamonkin can join daemons cause they have fearless not demonic instability.

All told this is feeling more like a Daemons book than a CSM one at this point - the Sons stuff is all super cool, but nothing that I think will even make a peep on top tables. The Daemon stuff on the other hand looks meta-shatteringly effective.

a lot of the tsons stuff seems really pricey points wise.
and yes the horror splitting is going to make of tonne of free troops. that said they will be toughness 2 or 1 troops lol
Magnus is pretty cool, im going to try and save up to get him cause i think him and fateweaver will be best flying psyker buddies.

I’m afraid that my copy of this book will be ending up on ebay on Sunday if the reviews I’m seeing on it are true. Side note, Phil Kelly needs to be drug into the street and shot to be left as an example to others. Only hope now seems to be the traitor legions book…

Yup, I'm trying not to be the bitchy CSM player, and the new kits are absolutely gorgeous, but this almost seems like a comical slap in the face, presenting more unuseably expensive CSM options and then some outright broken Daemon choices.
