Sounds like CSM special characters need a serious overhaul after the Gathering Storm as 10,000 years of honing their craft has left them apparently just old AF and not able to keep up with these new whipper-snappers.

Well I mean she is an Emissary, and if shits hitting the fan I wouldn't slaughter the ambassador of a theoretical ally, one of those the enemy of my enemy is my friend moments. Also if you look around they seemed to have shoved just about every Triumverate Character into that one picture.

He's basically a giant buff battery. And he does a damn good job of it, if you play ultras you basically are rerolling 1s at least all game, 12" radius of leadership 10, enemies using lowest leadership, move through cover, extra rum and charge range, more rerolling of 1s for shooting and close combat.
