Well, if the fluff rumors are true… then maybe with Abaddon’s death it’ll allow them to spread the Eternal Warrior Love out to the CSM special characters that are actually deserving of it.

So the grey knight character is Grand Master Voldus, warden of the librarians. He is said as being the most powerful grey knight psyker. So my suspicion is Chapter Master stats with ML4 (grey knight libbys start at 2 and usually get upped to 3), he's in terminator armour with an iron halo and a daemon hammer, rumours have him swinging that hammer at initiative and I would expect some additional boosts to casting or denying. This guy will almost certainly be making his way into my list as long as he is 250 points or less (to do a ML3 with hammer, storm bolter and Domina Liber is 170, and they do not have the number of attacks for the hammer to be worth it and theY don't have a halo, and a naked Grand Master at level 2 is 185 base, 195 with a hammer) seriously this guy can't possibly suck and match the lore. My only other hope from this book is some formations for GK (they only have detachments available atm)

Honestly if he's as awesome as he should be I would replace a dreadknight for him, hes super cool and will bring even more psychic punch to an army thats nothing but psykers. |

I doubt they'd make him a ML4 as there's only 3 psykers in the game that are ml4 or more.
That said, I also wouldn't be surprised if they did make him a ML4 because GW loves to fuck with CSM players.

grey knight libbys use to be able to be 4. but they took it away with Thawn. ( best special character the game ever had) #bringbackthawn lol

Apparently the grey knight psyker dude throws his hammer around with his psychic powers. Like a ranged attack. The designer was also quoted as saying he swings his hammer 'very fast'. Voldis was groomed by Draigo, and is apparently the most potent psyker in the grey knights.
The ending of this book is quoted as being absolutely bonkers. My guess is that Cypher lays the lion sword at the emperor's feet, as evidence that the Lion is a bad guy. Much like how the emperor's sword only catches fire when held by someone righteous, I'm guessing that the lion sword could only be broken in a similar way when held by someone corrupted by Chaos.
Whatever the ending is, I'm pumped.
