I've been told he is 350 pts? I was wondering if can one can confirm? I do see a point cost in this image.

If he is 350 points... GW really does want people to stop playing CSM.

Honestly it seems pretty fair so long as he doesn't have a way to break MC rules. If he can't join units or go in a drop pod he's gonna have a hard time making a big enough impact on the game in my eyes.
That said, Conclave is a thing, as is that Teleport spell, so maybe I spoke too soon...

If your a MC And an independent character, you can still join units. It's independent characters can't join MC'S. May have to start painting up some Ultra Marines.

True but it just says monstrous creature and character. Not IC. Again unless it's missing from the picture Sent from my SM-G903W using proboards

From what I am finding scattered throughout the interwebs. He is not IC.i still think he is cool though. He'll lack mobility. But using tigerius with teleportaion or invisibility might help to get him across the table. Having a sword that likely will wound at str D on hits of 6 with attacks is scary. If I had a choice between him and a knight. I'd likely take him due to his boosts.

Wow… I just don’t have the words.
Shannon, we should expect to see this guy on the 25th then. He's only 120 more points than Ahriman (or Typhus) and would dummy the pair of them in a fight.

meh... Hi Robute, meet zombies. You can kill at most six a turn because we're going to daisy chain them so you can't do your whirlwind of death. sure you won't die, but you're also walking across the board shooting your three shot gun in a tourney setting where we will likely get to turn four so if we play block and keep away you're not charging anything before turn three.
enjoy killing your one disposable unit. So sorry about all your dead friends. honest.
Not worried about this at all. It's not like Typhus or the D-lord will voluntarily go anywhere near this guy. Anything else he fights (for the max 2-3 turns he'll get to fight something) will die a horrid death, sure. congrats, You used 350 points of your army to kill 150 points of ours. Again, sorry about all your dead friends.
Luckily death stars are only good if they are: A) very mobile B) are a fire magnet C) can make their points back or deny losing points/objectives.
In a 1k list, spending 350 points on a single character means the rest of the force is going to be lacking. I just don't see how he's going to make his points back in anything other than a 2k list designed to support him.
I mean he's good, I'm not saying he's not good... just rather easily countered. His big schtick is getting into combat.
I for one, wouldn't even shoot at the guy. He can't go inside a transport and moves 6"

I could see someone using that electrodisplacement spells to get him around.

I could see someone using that electrodisplacement spells to get him around. Yup, that's why a 2k list properly built to support him he'd be terrifying... luckily for us we are playing doubles and you're not allowed to affect your team mate in any way with psychic abilities etc. so they'd also have to spring for the librarian/tiggy out of that 1k.
then we don't have to kill Guillman, we have to kill the librarian

Whew, that Victrix Guard formation looks like it could be pretty damn nasty all podded up. Bunch of BS5 Sternguard (rocking UM Doctrines for all but guaranteed hits when they land) and then Sicarius with Honour Guard, who are really pretty excellent for their point cost, especially at BS and WS5.
