holy crap.... look at those box set contents - a plague drone?  wow.... full rulebook - not a mini version??? a few very important things from this link: - release date officially June 17th - core rules are free... HOWEVER advanced rules are in the BRB I would highly recommend (as Mike did to me on Saturday) that we let him know how many books - sets we need... as GW at times has some... ahem.... supply issues when a big release happens. They tend to ensure their official GW stores get stock but the smaller independents it can get dicey - for example, when Mike wants 10 of something, he actually has to order 20 sometimes just to make sure he gets those initial 10! |

Looking forward to bugs again being viable based on the info trickle. Used to love seeing the look on faces when swarms of stealers and gaunts flowed over the table with a variety of effective support units. BUUURRP! (That feels much better!)

Those Inceptor Squad with TL Assault Bolters look awesome! My Banck acount is going to be hurting in a month. It was unclear in the link if the Indexes will be PDFed. I am also going to pick up the Box set. If anyone would be interested in some nurgle let me know I have no need for them. Ill trade or sell them.

As far as I know the indexes are NOT going to be free rules... so I'd definitely make sure in the next week or so (when the contents are known) that you let Mike know which ones you need so he gets enough in.
...I'm easy because I think I have enough armies to need all of them... lol

Woot! Poxwalkers aka the new zombie! FNP that can't be taken away? yes please! Adding more models to the unit when you kill any infantry model? ohhhh yeahhhhh baby.
That plus Plague Marines getting a new gun is super sweet. I'm stoked. Looks like Chaos is going to be really thematically awesome (as Traitor Legions made them finally) and will play very differently from legion to legion. All good things.

Pricing leaked at 71.25 GBP. I'm betting on $140-150 CAD. My only real qualm so Far is this. I want a rule book and rule book only. I want all the extra fluff and filler in a separate book with the prices decoupled. Give me my damn fifty pages of rules for 60 like everyone else. Hopefully there will be a digital version, it will be a lot easier to carry around. |

Well that price would be the entire box set... they are selling the rule book separately, on the same day, they said it in the link above...
...GW just gives such a deal on the mins on their box sets lately that seems to be what most people run to
- I'm thinking the box set will hit $180 CAD... hardback rules $60... softback index books I think will be the $35 mark
(judging from their AOS pricing for books and their recent box sets of similar sizes and the rough GBP comparables)
