warscythes are S+2 AP-4 D2, and staff of light is s5 ap-2 d1, but in close combat it's s user ap-2 d1!
standard gauss flayers are ap-1, while gauss blasters are rapid fire s5 ap-2. tesla carbines are also 2 shots, and any 6's count as 3 shots. maybe this'll open up that tesla vs. gauss debate again
particle whip is 6 shots s8 ap-2 damage d3, and monoliths are awesome again! (but cost 380 points!)

the new wraiths are pretty nasty now. 3 wounds instead of 2, and a 4+/3++ save (you know, to ignore the extra damage from grav). for some reason, for every update wraiths get, gw just wants to make them stronger.

I approve!
Necrons are back to being resilient. Living metal and quantum shielding are also quite impressive. I think annihation barges will be getting more table time again. Since the tesla weapons will cause 3 hits on over watch. (Don't think I read that wrong , correct me if I am)
They also fix C'Tan powers. Don't know why any one would roll though.
