New Crisis Suits More commander suits New Riptide sized Suit that has large missiles Looks like a Tau Aegis Defense line with circular weapon platforms. Don't know about the rules, so don't ask.

To be honest I kind of found that one out of left field... but Lords of War Gaming had some good early links a while ago that panned out... so who knows, maybe there's something to this.
Far as I know we're looking at:
Space Marines this week pre-order Darke Angels right afterwards Warhammer Fantasy - Age of Sigmar (July 11th release)
haven't really heard anything definitive for the fall ... the above will be out within the next month!

From Faeit: (and I've been hearing elsewhere by the way September / October for Tau - so soon!!!!)
Tau are in the rumors as being the next Warhammer 40k release, but just what will be new or changed is still much of a mystery or wishlisting. However, a very solid source has chimed in this morning with some hints as to what we will be seeing.
Please remember that these are early rumors.... but from very solid sources. While right now there is no real indication of the time frame of the release, I am sure we will get more detailed information on these new "Riptide" sized suits as the releases get closer. via anonymous sources on Faeit 212 The Tau Codex is coming, but no real ETA I can share at the moment. In it Tau will get 2 new suits, one larger than a riptide, another smaller than a riptide.

more from Faeit:
"This mornings source on the Tau has an additional bit to it, that a new XV 8 Commander will be released alongside the two new larger "Riptide" sized suits. Whether the suits are a single box set, with this as single clam pack (what previous rumors have said were coming) is yet to be seen. It does seem though that September will be a huge return to Warhammer 40k. These comes from very solid sources. These are still on the vague side of things, and I am hoping that over the next week we can get something a little more detailed. via anonymous sources on Faeit 212 A new XV 8 Commander will be released as well. more news... only a short wait for Tau! "The current release themes in the rumor mill have us seeing Tau in September... quite possibly the later end of it, but soon nonetheless. There are also rumors of a Chaos making an appearance, but Tau seem to be on the forefront of the rumors right now. Of these we have had some reliable information that there will be two new suits and a new commander. Please remember that these are rumors. via Darnok on Warseer www.warseer.com/forums/Tau in September should be about right. There are a few more AoS releases coming, but I don't think they will stretch into October. via Bird in the Trees on Bols www.belloflostsouls.net/2015/08/40k-tau-empire-release-products.htmlTau Empire Release September 12th A “big” release (unknown if related to Tau Empire, but could be) September 19th Codex Tau Empire Tau Empire Datacards Tau Empire Painting Guide New Plastic Battlesuit Commander (in a new size of package) via Sad Panda on Dakka Age of Sigmar launch is still three full months in total. No shortcuts. Tau are next, yes. Campaign books or Codex first? I don't know."

Very cool. I'm looking forward to seeing what is going to change and getting some new stuff going. I am really hoping that they give the the fast attack slot a fair shake this time around. The awful pathfinders and good tetra's are the only units I've really seen in this slot. Would be cool to get some new fast attack suits OR move the stealth team to fast attack.

stealth suits to fast attack makes alot more sense actually, given their rules and use in game. pathfinders need something, right now there's just no reason to ever take them when you have way more durable and effective marker lights available. I'd guess the marker light mechanic will largely stay the same I'd think. It's been a staple of the past books so would make sense it would still work similarly I'd be putting my money on new crisis suits being released if I were a betting man

I've just tried markerlight drones and they worked amazing.
Lol the suit talk almost reminder me of a presidential promise. "If I was president there would be a suit in every slot" lol

I'm hoping the new suits fit into the role that the FW hazard suits fill, they become T5 but lose many of the weapon upgrades in favor of short range, high volume fire. also they are weapon skill 3 so they arent the worst CC unit.
Marker drones work well but then you have to pay a tax a HQ with drone controller or they are just more BS 2-3 marker lights which is pathfinders all over again. Right now I think Sky Ray and Tetra are still the strong way to go.
Ya I really hope the stealth suit switch to fast attack because right now they fight over elite slots with crisis and riptides and they will never win that. Also their weapon load out is pretty weak for an elite slot.

the big one looks like it has tonnes of fire power. large cannon. two hug missile banks. smaller missile banks, and a turret gun thing.
the smaller sleeker one people say it a larger stealth suit. looks like it has an ion cannon and fusion blasters, and maybe some weird thing on the other arm.
in the back ground you can see new fire warriors, new drone, new crisis suit.
interesting pics

from Faeit: "Just incase you needed a little 40k injected into your bloodstream... here are some new leaked images for the Tau. A new Tau big suit called a Stormsurge with lots of missiles, and a smaller version possibly a stealth variant. Also new Firewarriors are seen.... You have to see this!!! Here are the details as they are just now coming in..... via anonymous sources on Faeit 212 I can confirm Tau are next out of the gates with at least 2 new battlesuits. A superheavy walker, the XV128 Stormsurge and a Stealthy HQ suit the XV95 Ghostkeel. Pre-Release 10th October for a 17th October release. imgur.com/a/lXYDO below are the links to see the images you can also seem them here, including the cover on War of Sigmar via Atia war-of-sigmar.herokuapp.com/bloggings/207 via Warhammer Tau warhammer-tau-army.blogspot.com/2015/09/pics-leaked-of-new-tau-models.html The new 'big' riptide. Named the Stormsurge. This is the GW alternative to the forgeworld R'varna. Definitely the heavy support variant. Clearly carries a massive Rail weapon as the primary, 4 seeker missiles, and a huge missile pod payload. You can also see more missile pods setup for indirect fire, possibly an SMS system. The legs sport stabilizing rods, which might translate to movement restrictions in-game when firing at full effect. Lots of optics and targeters, including what looks like an independent targeting AI thingamabob opposite the main weapon. Room for support systems too. Man this thing looks like it will hit so hard. It reminds me of when the Hammerhead was first introduced, with the huge Railgun that was an unheard of S10 AP1 Range 72" and wowed everyone. Pretty much no reason to take the humble hammerhead now... You get a peak at the new firewarriors, the other new riptide variant, and possibly new crisis suits. We have seen conversions in the past that are very similar to these, so they might just be conversions. Then again, they may have been available back when the Farsight codex was released and were a hidden easter egg. And here we have the 'little' riptide, plus some extras. No idea what the name is for it. This is GW's alternative to the Y'vahra and definitely looks like a close support stealth riptide. Carrying some sort of stripped down Ion weapon, fusion blasters, possibly a missile pod, and some advanced maneuverability. Looks like it comes with yet another type of drone, what could they be for? Some sort of close support flechette drone? Either way they look Awesome! And here you can see the New. Fire. Warriors!!!!!!! Holy crap they look so good. Those carbines look super modern and the new helmets make them look way cooler than before. I think there might even be a hint at a squad special weapon way down in the front there, but it is hard to tell exactly what it is. You also get to see the Stormsurge in the background with an Ion primary weapon instead of the Rail weapon. So the SS will definitely have lots of options! "
