- yeah it's a copy-paste from Faeit - translated from german.... so it's going to be somewhat inaccurate
wolf claws being AP3 shred and +1 S is still a LOT of S6 AP3 attacks in addition to the leader
these guys seem very solid... so long as you build in a delivery system.

10 man squad in a godhammer raider with 5 TH/SS to soak overwatch and 5 with the double claws. Ouch.
Edit: damn bulky rule... Make that a spartan, yeah, a spartan.

From what I can see from the picture the weapon options are frostaxt and zwei frostklauen. The first is for sure frost axe which would make the second frost claws, not wolf claws. You could do an 8 man squad in a crusader, or a stormwolf. The crusader could be a turn 2 charge and stormwolf is turn 3 at best. I hope there's enough bits in the box for 5 claws, I have enough hammers and shields from my other kits.

Some new rules sheets are out. Looks like it’s another “buy these models because the rules we made for them are just ridiculous” kind of splash release.

Looks like there's a campaign book that also includes new rules for daemons, a formation for them and could possibly have some stuff in there for Grey Knights and Dark Angels as they're hunting the Wulfen. Story for this one looks interesting to say the least! Attachments:

yeah this looks quite interesting... and as we've seen with the last campaign supplement, some pretty big things can be released within them.

I really hope there is a formation of just wulfen and maybe some small tax. I would love to see them as their own force for thematic purposes. Now that we know it is frost claws they bring to the party they can easily be used to ram into really hefty assault units (termies, pallies, farsightedness bomb, etc.) Lay down a buttload of attacks, have the enemy unit swing back, die, and then lay down a buttload more. You almost don't want to kill them once they're in combat.

Wulfen are just more bargain Elites slot models that are better than Terminators in every way ever. It's nothing new, and it's a trend that's been happening since last edition.
I for one, welcome something in a Space Wolf list for Elites that doesn't make me have to run Iron Priests on Thunderwolves, to get any value from a model. Wulfen will fill that mandatory Elites just nicely.

I guess that was to be expected. I wonder what the formation rules will be for some of the simpler formations like the stormfang gunship or murderfang. That counter-charge rule where units in a greatpack can charge during the opponents charge phase is interesting but I'm not too sure how much it will be used honestly. I'm really excited for this.

I like that you can have for your Great Pack, you can have either Grey Hunters or Land speeders . You could make a interesting strike force. Also. Murderfang needs more murder so add him with a Wulfen Murderpack.

Man, Great Packs suck horribly for choices.
Interested to see what the different Legendary Great Packs are.
