healing for other models doesn't let you go above starting wounds, so I'm assuming these don't as well.
sounds like you need to shoot and kill her first and you neuter the army as they get no more range buffs, it can't heal from dead.
if it's described as an extra move or an extra shot, that would go with other out of activation abilities we've seen thus far (GSC extra shot ability is the most recent one that comes to mind). If it's not saying extra charge/assault phase I don't think we should jump to that conclusion. I agree, that could get out of hand.
plus every other "gains and extra" attack/shot/move/etc. actions don't allow chaining (FAQ's are all consistent across both 40k and AOS) so I highly doubt this would be the case.

They did specifically mention getting a dominoes effect for it. My worry for that rule is also how many models will have it. Because that's what's going to make the difference.

strange, Eldar is usually so balanced and fair with their rules.... everyone says so!

It was already bad enough, sounds like with this it's just going to get worse.

m.imgur.com/a/dbR41Link to what seems like a fairly likely leak of the rules. If they aren't real, they're super plausible. The Assault phase bit does exist but comes with a pretty solid limiter in terms of taking place at the end of an initiative step, after which steps continue as before. RAW that suggests to me that high initiative Eldar units charging during the Assault phase will likely lose out on the ability to attack, and would likely subject themselves to being hit by slower enemy units. Also, units are limited to one Soulburst action per turn, which should eliminate the worst chaining. The tricky part will be how that interacts with things they've done earlier in the turn - could you be allowed to shoot or charge after running, for example?

The inescapable rule seems fairly well and broken. It’ll mulch through deathstars pretty handily depending on how many people you can have casting it in the army; unless it’s a special power like Magnus’s Gaze of Magnus then it’d be alright as it’d only be one model per turn.
That one model though; welcome to F!#@sville population, you.

It will depend what the AP of the Psychic power is though, wouldn't it? If it's AP-, it would only effect things with no armour save and only an invul, like deamons. That would be in keeping with them hating Slanesh.

S10 Ap1 ignores cover, ignores invuls.
12" range, Assault 1, but I imagine anything casting it would have a pretty high BS.
So it can kill one thing without Eternal Warrior pretty damn dead.
Not sure on Warp Charge, but any psykers from that faction can select the Revenant chart to roll for powers.

so you're saying don't get that new fateweaver model anywhere close to this army? one lucky shot and he's dead no saves!

Unless you run into something with T6. However thunder wolf eat star will be punished for this. Any one model in your unit is about to die each turn. I think this army is really going to benefit running a very foot focused force so you can get into as many bubbles as possible. So much of it is 7 or 14 bubbles of death. The extra move as if it's your movement phase is going to be nasty too. It means an impossible charge can very easily become an easy one.
