Those detachments are going to make it hard for Knight players. If there are no formations. And any one can build an army for any detachment. Knights will likely be a Low for imperium. And will likely only see one on the battlefield .

As well the "superheavy" status is gone from what I've heard..they did say that no armies would be invalidated, and specifically said in this post that if you are running a formation you will be able to still run your army... so I'm thinking that it's possible one of these detachments is multiple LOW's

They also said that there would be 14 FOC in the base rulebook, with each army book adding new ones, so I'm sure there will be a place for Knights

I think the most important part, to me, came after the morkanaut profile in that different models will lose effectiveness in different ways.

Looks good as always. But brings up more questions. with only 4 attacks, with it have high damage?
different then aos as it has attack rather then in aos the weapon has a number of attacks. also takes about half its wounds to go down before it looses anything.

I'm excited for that chaos info. Might be enough to make me build an awesome chaos force. It also only ever had 4 attacks, and they did do a tonne of damage. S10 AP1 concussive. I expect it will continue to exist at the same strength, but do multiple wounds now.

Tactical squads may very well be, tactical now? Well in logical real world thinking (I know, weird for this game) there literally is no reason why every squad member has to shoot the same target, when their weapons don't do anything to it.
I'm pretty sure in an actual war people don't tell a squad - make sure you shoot your rifles at that tank because our bazooka needs to blow it up and it can't shoot it unless you shoot it too... no, you can't shoot all those dudes shooting at you... because then the anti-tank gun can't shoot the tank!
