Ok so that seems pretty cool. I feel like I'm going to have to buy/ make a bunch of tracking stuff for this new game. Wound trackers, stratigum tracker, assault order etc.
Still they look super cool and with that kinda benefit you might see a lot of people investing into the big 9 point army structures

I actually had a talk with Mike and Ali about counters, and whatnot, so there'll be options at Nexus soon enough.
I also assume that Gdubs will have something in mind as well. With the amount of wounds, and other things to track, dice will quickly become a non-option.

I know Lukas suggested it and I looked into it. Looks like a lot of horde/warmachine just laminate the unit index. Throw some wound boxes on there and grab some dry erase.
Its good for tracking BUT its hard to visual see from looking at the table top, its more asking the other player how many does it have left?
Could be a good option.

Its good for tracking BUT its hard to visual see from looking at the table top, its more asking the other player how many does it have left? Could be a good option. This is my intent also. After the rules are released I will do up card sized unit info with condensed tables and wound boxes. In Warmachine there is a lot less going on on the table and keeping tabs on who has how many boxes can get confusing when things move around. It quickly becomes habit to maintain a general count of what wounds have been inflicted into what. I can only imagine it getting more confusing if an army has a plethora of multi-wound models running around and being moved all over the place. It could suck to forget to move some counters and realize the next round and having to figure everything out.

Primaris Space MarinesLook bigger and sleeker. *edit* New link to the video. They took down the original link because they spelled misspelled "rifles". I think it was rifiles.

These new and improved smurfs are pretty cool. Almost making me wish I invested in marines instead or orcs.

Oooo, look at the <sept> keyword. It's the same as the <chapter> one seen on those new marines. Do Tau now get "sept" tactics? Here's hoping!
