war-of-sigmar.herokuapp.com/bloggings/1915 lots of information from the Q&A... this is pretty much a hard reset with the new system... apparently they've been developing this for 2 1/2 years... so about the time AOS dropped with alot of these similar rules

Hoping it's similar to AOS actually... every psyker has two base "spells" that everyone can use... plus a "signature" spell that only they have. Powers are right on the warscroll/dataslate and aren't rolled for. Makes the psychic spam non functional and we wouldn't have to nerf invis, etc. plus takes care of death stars.
Given frankie/reese from LVO and Mike from NOVA were playtesters, they'll want to take care of the nonsense

After hearing about the vouchers. I wish I would have bought a codex recently. Get to keep the book and get a voucher on 8th edition.

On the whole, the current tidbits make me hopeful. Mourning the templates (come on, they quite often made things funny), but looking forward to having a reason to paint and use half a company of Deathwing. (Yes, I'm one of "those guys".) Everything having the potential to hurt anything also appeals to me. Not quite ready to twirl my mustache tips and chuckle evilly, but getting there.

The end of Destroyer Weapons. It makes sense, what with normal heavy weapons capable of causing multiple wounds. I'm guessing the current D weapons will just cause more wounds than say a Lascannon. *edit* This is a good twitter feed to follow

I like every thing I'm seeing on these examples EXCEPT that BS and WS looks to be static? just I need to roll a 3+ to hit and I hit.
I guess I'd need to see what other factors can affect BS or WS but I don't really like the idea that WS can have an average unit hitting on 3's very a pretty elite unit.

Judging from this, I'm going to expect elite units are going to have modifiers for either better to hit roles for themselves, or de-buffs for their opponents.

They mention there will be modifiers.
Bs it's pretty much the same. The ws will make it different.
I guess with int gone. They want the charging unit to do a number on the assaulted unit no matter what it is
