See, New GW is a little less money grubby than the old yes, definitely how it always should have been... if they weren't in such a damn rush to push out those first skitarri models instead of just waiting til they were ready to release everything all at once they probably could have done it up right from the beginning...
Also those death guard new sculpts are pretty damn nice!

Hmm, was looking for something new and big to celebrate my latest raise, a Mortarion might just do...
Or should I finish the bloodthirster that's been sitting on my desk the last month? Or the Keeper that I need for Sept? Or the LoC I bought with my last raise... or the Magnus thats been sitting on my shelf since release.... sigh

Pffft. The Keeper is about 4 layers into pallid wych flesh. Probably 4-5 more to go in what will be some of the brighter areas. After that it's all just details honestly. The hardest part about that thing was getting to to a paintable state. No longer are seeker chariots terrifying to me.

Well, Mortarion's available on 16 Sep. WOO!
And Danny; if he's a daemon and Grey Knights keep their BS bonuses (with no drawbacks) to fighting daemons then most likely. He'll at least have one heck of a Disgustingly Resilient save to fall back on whereas Magnus has to rely on avoidance and denying.
