Placeholder because I know they're coming up next and I'm excited after seeing all the cool stuff that Custodes get.
CMon GW, daddy needs a good codex; don't let me down!

I expect we'll know a lot more after the Custodes release is done... so next week or the week after GW should be dropping a lot of outright hints or even an announcement of pre-order.
EDIT
....or maybe even sooner.....
From bolter & Chainsword:
Normally Warhammer TV has their pre-release 40K game on Friday, but this week it will be on Thursday. (Jan.18)
If you're able to tune in, please do so. They will be featuring shiny new Custodes vs shiny old Thousand Sons.
I doubt we will get a glimpse of new rules, but you never know.
If you are a subscriber, you can watch the recording, but for those of you who aren't, you'll have to catch it live.

I hope the Thousand Sons win, but I'm guessing they'll receive a good hard pummeling.
It was a running joke between my buddies and I back when White Dwarf had their battle reports that out of all the armies that got new rules; Sisters of Battle were the only army that lost their "debut".
I bring that up because I (obviously) have high hopes for the Thousand Sons codex.

Watching the Custode VS new TS stream. They've got a Mutalith Vortex Beast, so I guess TS can get those now.

Legion trait revealed!!
All Thousand Sons Psykers get +6" on all psychic powers!
A new power that can give -1 to hit, even to magnus
No more re-rolling 1's for invuls on magnus. Still can get to a 3++ though.

Whoah, +6" to all spells, that's pretty swanky. As for the invuls, a 3++ is damn good; if Magnus doesn't have that anymore, I wonder what his "Masterof the Legion" trait is then...

No idea.
New Relic: Dark Matter Crystal. Sounds like the Nightmare shroud, without moving the bearer. "Allows you to redeploy a unit that was close to the bearer anywhere farther than 9 from an enemy"

-1 to hit on Magnus is going to be super good... the +6" range is SO useful
turn one smites - don't mind if I do!

Speaking of Smite, the Warhammer TV stream folks are talking like the beta smite rules becoming permanent.
They countered it in the case of 1K sons by saying the aspiring sorcerers will have the ability to take different powers.

I swear I just heard Morton squeal with happiness so loud I could still hear it at work....

I'm not going to lie, I'm really happy about that as it removed my one reservation about the Smite change. With Aspiring Sorcerers able to take other powers; they're no longer "useless". Adding in the +6" range to spells and it adds a bunch of utility/fluff to Thousand Sons.
They're supposed to be the masters of spellcraft, having a long enough range on spells that they can't be dispelled anymore sure sounds like mastery to me.
I wouldn't be surprised if They lose Warp Time though, or have it change to limit the use to infantry or something. Magnus moving 32" in a turn was just too good and really made him over the top.

....oh man, I didn't think of that... the 24"+ range spells with that 6" range buff means you can have them casting spells that cannot be denied.... mastery is right

Looks like they still have warptime, as Magnus cast it on himself in the twitch stream.

I know he is losing his re-roll 1s but id expect to see Magnus take a 15- 30 pt price increase.
I know guillimen was bumped + 10 pts. Morty is already sitting at 475? So the current 415 for magnus feels a bit like a steal.
However on the flip side I'd expect a 1-2 pt rubric marine price drop to bring them in line with the primaris basic being 21.
