Would bringing just a print out of the CA or screenshots of the scans be good enough for club Champs or do I need to pick up the book right away?

In club champs, the missions will all be printed out at every table, you'd only need the information about the secondaries. If you want to bring a print out of the secondaries you want to pick, that's totally fine.
But you won't need the book for the missions, because they're printed out for you, just not the secondaries.

When does it release? Will Nexus have some copies this week-end? We have 14 copies currently ready to go on the shelves tomorrow. Can't promise how long they'll last though

There you go! (I'm assuming pre-orders weren't counted in that?)

I pre-booked mine but things do happen when the ravening hordes storm the cash register. Used to be in retail. I feel a sharp pain on behalf of Nexus staff every release date for anything significant.

Well got the books and from everything I can tell (for Necrons at least) there weren't any 'gotcha' point changes that they didn't mention. Of course this now leaves me with a dilemma. Yes, the Skorpekhs are cheaper, hit harder, are considered infantry and have a nice defensive strat; but they are a fair bit slower than Wraiths, can't fall out of combat and recharge the same turn, and don't have the 4+ invul baked in.
I've found t1 charges to be very powerful but with these guys, the most I'd ever get is 16' of movement+reroll* charge compared to the 20' and reroll charge for Wraiths.
*8' movement, 6' pregame move, relentless march (+1') from Overlord, +1' from a command protocol and reroll charges from Rarefied Nobility-Implacable Conqueror Cryptek.
