either system everyone still gets six games.... it only brackets the players... everyone still plays all their games...
elimination systems suck for 40k as you want to still play!

Why don't we just keep it the way it is? I realize I've only played in the one tournament (and will most likely only make it out to the club champ every year), but it went well, there was a good mix of lists none of which seemed really over the top. (At least that I played against) It was a good event and I’m planning for next year’s tournament already! Good news is this time, I won’t have to paint an entire army in a month and change, woo!

I'm not saying that things will change from what we had this year, just wanted to keep our options open to the possibilities out there... some may work for us... some may not...
it's already a fairly unique tourney in alot of respects... similar to Astro style tournies but different as well (I think at least)... I'm of the opinion it's important to always re-evaluate and keep eyes open to other potential options, as I'm just wanting to always improve the experience for you guys....

Discussing change doesn't always mean implementing change.
Come to think of it, I think the scenarios need a shake up in my opinion, possibly relying less on reserves as a comp measure.
