from Faeit: "Once again we are getting Legion Cybernetica units in the rumors. While I dont know if there will be a second adeptus mechanicus codex release beyond the Skitarii, this bit seems to be focused on just that. These rumors seem to be based on old rogue trader rules. Please remember that these are rumors. via Larry Vela on Bols www.belloflostsouls.net/2015/02/adeptus-mechanicus-early-rules-whispers.html From the Birds in the Trees: Some early tidbits on Mechanicus units: – Legion Cybernetica units have a certain quick and easy “programming” game mechanic built into them. – Examples listed were only being able to define certain aspects of moving and/or shoointing directly, with some aspects being determined either in a pre-defined manner, or randomly. thus some of your Ad-mech units may not be “wholly” under your direct player control. – There will however be certain pieced of wargiesr and or “controller” units which will get around these limitations. From Faeit: " Some interesting developments today I thought I would share. The first is that when typing out skitarii at the end of the address on the GW webstore, it re-directs you and fills in the rest of the address... resulting in Skitarii-Vanguard. Also the same address auto changes for legio-cybernetica. There is also word from Lords of Wargaming adding to the rumor pile. He has been very accurate on many things, so here is his latest. via Lords of War www.facebook.com/Lordsofwargaming Admech are right around the corner. They are not actually Admech. That codex will release later. The books will be Skatarii and Cult Mechanicus." via Atia on Bolter and Chainsword try http://www.games-wor.../en-GB/Skitarii (/Skitarii at the end) and it will switch to http://www.games-wor...itarii-Vanguard (/Skitarii-Vanguard at the end) the same happened for the harlequins (starweaver and skyweavers) back then msn-wink.gif also: http://www.games-wor...gio-cybernetica (/legio-cybernetica) will switch to http://www.games-wor...gio-Cybernetica (/Legio-Cybernetica) it seems there is also an URL for Datacards-Skitarii-ENG tongue.png http://www.games-wor...ds-skitarii-ENG (/datacards-skitarii-ENG) http://www.games-wor...ds-Skitarii-ENG (/Datacards-Skitarii-ENG) "

from Faeit: "This is becoming a very exciting week, as earlier we had hints of an Admech release next week, and now we have pictures. Isnt that what you asked for? (all those that can't believe until pics arrive?) If you are getting excited for a Codex Skitarii release, you are not alone. It will be extremely busy here as we dig into not only a new Khorne Daemonkin codex, but begin a full release schedule of new model releases for Admech! Here is the best place to see the leak, as this is where it originated from. via Atia on Bolter and Chainsword www.bolterandchainsword.com/topic/302401-rumours-mechanicus-skitarii-vanguard-next-week-hints/page-7#entry3979583From earlier today Endemion March 17, 2015 at 5:09 AM The "Next Week in White Dwarf" this week is... Just loads of strings of binary... OMG! Etc. if you translate the binary you get... A__ H___ M___ Fill in the blanks! All Hail Mars!!"

From Faeit:
"The Onager Dunecrawler is coming very soon according to rumors, and someone has sent us in its weapon options and configurations to check out, along with special rules.
Please remember that these are rumors. Source has been rather reliable in the past.
via an anonymous source on Faeit 212 Here is a look at your Onager Dunecrawler. Comes with an Eradication Beamer, Broad Spectrum Data-Tether, Enamatus Force Field, and searchlight. One special rule called Doctrina Imperatives.
Its a crawler, and therefore is never slowed by difficult terrain and auto passes dangerous terrain tests. It can't run.
Gun options- Replace the Eradication Beamer with -Twin linked heavy phosphor blaster -Neutron Laser and Cognis Heavy Stubber -Icarus Array

Pics of this guy are floating all around - trying to decide what I think about it. It's cool, but it' also very much "we jammed a Sentinel together with a Triarch Stalker or a Defiler!". I'll have to see a few more pictures before I decide about this guy. All the AdMech rumours have me pretty tempted.

The walker looks like it was constructed by the smartest Ork ever; like one who could actually measure and weld but still isn’t smart enough to handle complex shapes. I hope the remainder of the army looks cool because I'm not a fan of that beast.

from Faeit: "Now we have some details on this week's Skitarii releases. There are some surprises in this, including that the ironstrider is the size of a Riptide! Is this really the walker we have seen in the pics, or is there another model that has not yet been leaked. These are rumors, but come from very good sources. via an anonymous source on Faeit 212 Adeptus Mechanicus Skitarii box contains 10 new plastic models. They can be made up as either Skitarii Vanguard, or Skitarii Rangers. Both units contain special and close combat weapon options. Adeptus Mechanicus Ironstrider Said to the backbone of the Adeptus Mechanicus Scout forces. It's a dual kit allowing you to make either the Ironstrider Ballistarius -long ranged heavy weapon walker, or the Sydonian Dragoon which is a close combat version. It comes with a riptide size base and stand just as tall as the Riptide or an Imperial Knight." and.... "This shows the new models from the White Dwarf, also revealing that the boxy walker that we saw earlier is not being released this week (assuming the release list on Warseer was correct). Very cool! Check out the latest leaked information on Codex Skitarii! Here is the place to see the pics! And yes they resemble the previous rumors we had before back in January regarding the Dragoon/Ballistarius. via Lord Shadowheart on Warseer www.warseer.com/forums/showthread.php?403991-Adeptus-Mechanicus-Rumours/page29 "
